V8 Sii Destined for Antarctica
The Ocean Modules V8 Sii ROV will be onboard the Aurora Australis when it leaves Hobart in late August to travel to Antarctica. On arrival the ROV will assist researchers in video and data collection from underneath the Antarctic ice. It has been fitted with custom-made equipment designed specifically for these missions.
