The Ocean Modules V8 Work Class ROV provides the most demanding operators with heavy tooling capabilities and a depth rating of 3000 meters, without sacrificing the revolutionary control system and maneuverability originally pioneered with the V8 Sii.
The V8 Work Class ROV
The V8 Work Class can carry tooling and manipulators both front and aft, improving the capacity of the ROV and reducing launch and recovery times.
Eight electrical thrusters, each with a rated thrust of 220 kgf in both forward and reverse, provide sufficient power for even the most demanding jobs.
Simplicity and low number of components makes familiarizing and maintenance easy, it also allows for shorter training time for new operators as 90% of the components in the ROV are standard industrial products.
